About The Advocate
Jack Githaiga is the founding advocate at Githaiga Law Chambers. He has a strong background in property transactions, succession processes, and dispute resolution. He has represented a wide range of clients including individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and businesses. His approach combines deep legal knowledge with a practical understanding of commercial realities, ensuring each matter is handled with professionalism and care.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi and completed his professional training at the Kenya School of Law. He is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and Commissioner of Oaths'. He is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).

Known for his integrity and client-centered practice, Jack Githaiga values building long-term relationships based on trust and clarity. Beyond the practice of law, he is passionate about he is actively involved with Wakilisha, a non-profit that provides free legal representation and mentorship to children in conflict with the law by ensuring they have access to legal representation, mentorship, and opportunities to rebuild their lives.
